What you’ll do…

As a Resolution Specialist III, you will execute special projects for the contact center by collaborating with leadership on project requirements. You will pay invoices for all WM Health Centers as well as reviewing and read contracts. You will also model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans using the Open Door Policy. You will be a team leader demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices as well as demonstrating up-to-date expertise and applying this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices


Your responsibilities may include…

This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, researching trends, developing project plans with leadership, aiding in project implementation, and tracking progress. It also involves independent research to address complex issues, identify root causes of operational problems, and propose solutions. Analyzing data for specialized support requests and escalating concerns when necessary is crucial, as is maintaining data for root cause analysis and supporting communication development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, recommending business-aligned solutions, and building stakeholder relationships are key components. Additionally, the role focuses on identifying evolving business needs, improving processes, monitoring progress, and adapting to change. Overall, it centers on project management, issue resolution, and supporting business growth in a dynamic environment.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience with high volume inbound and outbound calls.
  • 1 year of dental experience that includes dental assisting, treatment coordinator, dental insurance, dental reception, or dental scheduling.
  • Critical thinking; problem-solution oriented.
  • Ability to be empathetic.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Able to work alone, be self-directed and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Organized and detailed with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data entry experience
  • Dental experience that includes dental assisting, treatment coordinator, dental insurance, dental reception, or dental scheduling.
