Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) – U.S. Government Services has an outstanding opportunity available for a VIRTUAL Associate, Experienced or Senior Financial Operations Analyst.

This fully remote position will join the finance team that supports the next generation “Air Force One” VC-25B Aircraft program in San Antonio!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

ASSOCIATE (Level 2)

Reconciles data from different sources and performs general analysis of: resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts programs
Extracts data and compiles routine performance reports and assists with preparing variance analyses
Establishes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses


EXPERIENCED (Level 3)

Develops and initiates analysis of: resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts programs
Makes recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
Develops cases using appropriate indices


SENIOR (Level 4)

Initiates assignments and leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs
Develops performance reports
Initiates assignments and leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management
Leads development of cases using appropriate indices
Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, resolve root cause and recommend solutions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field
3+ years of experience in finance


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Active Secret, Top Secret (TS) or Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information
Experience with Estimates at Completion (EACs)
Experience with baseline management


EXPERIENCED (Level 3)

3+ years of experience in finance
1+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
1+ years of experience with Financial Operations


SENIOR (Level 4)

5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
5+ years of experience with Financial Operations
3+ years of experience presenting to senior leaders and executives
3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets


Typical Education/Experience:

ASSOCIATE (Level 2)

Bachelor’s degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience


EXPERIENCED (Level 3)

Bachelor’s and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


SENIOR (Level 4)

Bachelor’s degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): 79,050 – 106,950

Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4):  99,450 – 134,550
