Customer Service Representative – MSI – Remote US

The Customer Service Representative I will handle customer calls, emails, and payments, make policy changes, and endorsements that do not require a license. Good communication and attention to detail are necessary.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Takes general incoming calls and places outbound calls as necessary.
Processes and replies to Customer Service emails as part of daily duties.
Takes payments for policies.
Makes changes and endorsements to policies that would not require a license.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Must obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within 100 days
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
2 years of Customer Service experience and/or 1 year of Call Center experience
High School/GED
