About Our Team
The Subsplash Finance Team is a growing team focused on keeping the company running efficiently and effectively. About the Role
As the Billing Support Specialist you will report to the Billing Manager and support the company’s billing and payment collections functions. You will be responsible for serving our clients through phone and email correspondence to address and answer questions or concerns. You will also complete other clerical tasks related to maintaining accounts receivable records for Subsplash, including accurately updating and maintaining all client accounts. Your contribution to the team will help drive towards excellence in the accounts receivable function.

Your Priorities 
Respond to customer inquiries through written and verbal communication
Record client payments accurately within all accounting systems
Manage upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and other client account adjustments
Process and support new client sign-ups
Work with internal teams to resolve client questions and concerns
Resolve client account discrepancies between systems
Collaborate on monthly billing projects
Maintain non-pay processes to collect payment from our non-pay customers
Maintain and support legacy billing systems as needed
Support and execute month-end tasks
Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications
1-3 years data entry or clerical experience
1-3 years of customer service experience
Acute attention to detail and excellence in problem-solving
Highly organized and able to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Friendly and professional towards team members and clients
Desire to serve faith-based organizations
Accepts responsibility, accountability and takes pride in their work
Excel skills are a plus
Experience working with accounts receivables is a plus
An undergraduate degree in business is a plus

Compensation
The total compensation for this role (salary + bonuses) is between $40,000 – 60,000/yr.

Location
Subsplash currently has operations in 22 states across the US! As much as we would love to have employees in as many states and countries as we have clients, we are currently limiting hiring to the states we already operate in. As a result of that, this role is only available as a 100% remote position if you reside in one of the following states:

AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MO, MI, NC, NM, OK, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.

Unfortunately, if you do not reside in one of these states, we are unable to consider your application. We are also prioritizing applicants located in Pacific or Mountain time zones for this role!
