For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $81,600 – $122,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What will you do?
A Project Coordinator, coordinates and monitors customer system analysis projects from conversion through final study delivery, ensuring that studies are completed within the appropriate schedule and with high customer satisfaction. This position includes coordinating data collection and verification efforts, project forecasting and performance tracking, resource allocation and services team support. The individual will work closely with customers, contractors, distributors, sales offices, project coordination team and engineering resources to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
And on some days you may:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and customers in overseeing and coordinating data collection efforts and completion of power system studies
- Appropriately forecast study completion dates to meet both customer demands and internal billing goals
- Monitor data receipt and verification through communication with internal team members and external customers
- Communicate expected project delivery dates both internally and externally
- Prioritize data collection follow ups based on project progress
What qualifications will make you successful for this role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required
- Strong organizational skills required
- Some college experience, or equivalent level of power system study experience, is required. Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred
- Experience with electrical system drawings or specifications preferred
- Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Developed interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers of various technical abilities, including experience working with contractors, consultants, and sales staff as required
