Job Description

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 – $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What will you do?

  • The DPS Quotations Coordinator will monitor and manage the SE-Advantage quotation request queue.  This individual will be accountable for leveraging their technical experience and organizational skills to review quote requests containing electrical drawings and specifications, and assigning them to the correct quotations team.

  • The successful candidate will be detail oriented, have a positive attitude towards change adoption, collaborate and contribute to ongoing process discussions including the use of AI/Automation, and be a supportive team player.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Communicate with sellers and distributors. Topics around due date feasibility, scope, and clarifications.
  • Create Opportunities in bFO and Proposals in SE-Advantage
  • Identify electrical gear in our scope on the one-line drawings
  • Provide project information to the assigned Quote Specialist (including if SE is an approved manufacturer, Buy America requirements, etc)
  • Review SEA loading reports to understand Quote Specialist capacity
  • Pilot & utilize AI/Automation tools, provide feedback and improvement ideas
  • Participate/collaborate in regular cadence meetings with quote coordinator counterparts and any other cross-functional team activities
