The Sales Enablement Specialist will work with Employee Benefits Advisors under the general supervision of the Sales Enablement Manager to assist with prospect events and activities, content creation for prospect meetings and assistance in the process of successfully onboarding new clients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and plan webinars, meetings, sponsorships, and in-person educational events for existing clients and prospects
  • Assist with presentation output and general capabilities content
  • Support Salesforce initiatives, benchmark reporting, monthly communication to prospects, and special duties as assigned supporting EBG Advisor(s)
  • New Client onboarding: Serve as a liaison to ensure successful new client onboarding based on expectations set forth during the sales process

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate value, influence others and motivate action.
  • Time management skills and the ability to coordinate calendars with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn any other appropriate program or software system used by the firm as necessary
  • Demonstrates the organization’s core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with the firm’s culture

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years of relevant sales or client service experience in Employee Benefits required.
  • Certification(s): None required; None preferred
  • License(s): None required; Life & Health Insurance preferred
  • Rapid understanding and adoption of Salesforce
