About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves handling high call volumes, addressing customer inquiries, and providing product information. Your ability to build relationships, and offer empathetic, professional, and proactive solutions will be crucial in enhancing customer experience and representing our brand effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Use CRM systems for data entry and tracking customer interactions
  • Address customer queries regarding our products, including assembly instructions and warranty parts orders
  • Upsell and ‘save the sale’ where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Record detailed customer notes and conversations into our database while on the phone
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times, representing the organization positively
  • Liaise with other departments as needed to resolve customer inquiries
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance and productivity goals

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a high volume call center or customer service role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
  • Strong listening and questioning skills
  • Ability to summarize discussions accurately and succinctly
  • Experience in multi-phone line systems
  • General office skills such as filing, faxing, etc.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Reliable, with strong work ethics, and an eagerness to learn new skills
