Hiring: Mortgage Support Specialist (remote jobs no experience/work from home)

You are able to act as a Project Manager to all parties in our mortgage lending transactions
What you’ll be doing:
Support new and existing Pylon enterprise customers from initial rollout through scale
Communicate clearly and effectively with our mortgage borrowers to provide support during the lifecycle of their loan

Communicate clearly and effectively with our Lending Partner to understand what is needed to clear conditions and fund each and every mortgage loan
Effectively re-structure mortgage loans as needed with any deviations from the initial application, including income, loan to value, and asset changes
Responsible for the full lifecycle of each loan, including but not limited to:

Communicating with borrowers in each loan stage
Clearing title
Clearing appraisals
Income and asset validation
Credit review
Balancing with title/escrow for a seamless closing experience
Partner and actively engage with our Sales + Partnerships team to ensure a seamless, superior customer experience

What we need from you:
Currently or able to be registered in NMLS

Bonus points for existing licenses in CA, CO, FL, GA, OK, OH, OR, and TX
Minimum two years of experience in full-time mortgage operations, preferably with an emphasis on Purchase business in a Processing role.
Experience with the full lifecycle of the mortgage transaction, preferably at an early stage startup or fintech
Experience with various product types, including Conforming, Jumbo, and Government loans
Experience and comfortably able to navigate complex loan and employment scenarios
Able to accurately and efficiently discuss loan conditions with our borrowers
