What will you be doing:

The Intake Coordinator I role is to utilize clinical knowledge in providing support services to the entire clinical team. This person is responsible for collecting and entering incoming information from varied sources, managing patient related data, utilizing established workflows and participating in identification of trends for process and quality improvement opportunities. The job requires a combination of customer service capabilities, patient advocacy, personal skills in telephonic communication, computer skills, problem solving ability and clinical knowledge.

Years of Applicable Experience – 3 or more years

Skills & Experience:

Certified Medical Assistant, Clinical Background, Customer Service, Medical Terminology, Product Knowledge

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $34,000 – $64,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location.
