As a Social Media and Marketing Specialist you will be directly involved in maintaining and enhancing Oxygen’s image on social media. You will also be involved in the marketing efforts of the company to help promote our services to the community we serve.

Responsibilities
Overseeing our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages.
Manage and oversee social media strategy, content and calendar (daily/weekly)
Ability to support the development and implementation of a corporate social media strategy
Ability to monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure anyone using the company’s online tools is following established guidelines and best-practice rules
Find and engage new potential users and encourage greater social media participation
Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics and trends to track growth
Report on online reviews and feedback
Increase social media following
Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy
Support creation of social media assets to grow the community and educate them about Oxygen features and services
Maintain our social media presence and update as needed
Help create content for social advertising

Qualifications
2-3 years of Social Media and Marketing required
Proven track record of successfully maintaining Social Media sites
Fintech Social Media and Marketing experience preferred
Strong knowledge of all social media platforms
Experience video marketing and development
