Hiring: Veteran Assistance – Engagement Moderation – REMOTE

Have you ever wanted to help those who have served in the U.S. Military?
We are looking for experienced engagement moderators to engage with veteran communities, providing assistance and support through your interactions on Discord.
We also have a preference for Veterans and family members (or people who have worked with these communities) who are passionate about this work!
Project Hours (All Times Pacific):
1 pm – 9 pm, 5 days a week (TBD, but weekends more than likely for some of your shifts)
Hourly Rate:
To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment:
8 hours per week
90 days (as needed)
Orientation Start Date:
TBD, but likely later in May
What We Are Looking For:
The ability to tolerate extreme content
Social skills and empathy
You are a veteran or family member, or have worked with similar communities
Excellent language/written skills
Engagement experience a must!
High attention to detail, strong understanding of escalation protocols
Experienced and professional
A gamer, or familiar with gaming communities
***IMPORTANT***: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application. Your responses should be grammatically correct and comprehensive. This will greatly increase the probability of scoring an interview!
