Lionbridge is seeking a PT Technical Writer to support one of our large clients.

What You Will Do
You will review existing content (web pages) on software internationalization documentation and provide edits (updates, fix style, resolve issues), as needed.
You will also be responsible for writing new content based on a list of topics and summarized story lines provided by the client.
You should be capable of preparing and maintaining operations documentation, user guides, manuals, and technical publications.
You must understand basic concepts (to include basic grammar concepts), be responsible for writing technical copy for various types of documents and audiences. Gather technical information and prepare written text. You will use multiple word processing and presentation tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, etc…

3+ years of experience writing for a technical audience
1+ years of (L18N) Internationalization experience
Strong fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
Self-starter who works well independently and with others.
Good interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and good work organization.
Knowledge and experience with Cloud services a plus.
Manage meetings with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy of content.
An Associate’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required or two (2) years of Technical Writing experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree.
