ROLE: Project Coordinator/Analyst

Lionbridge Life Sciences is seeking a (Project Coordinator/Analyst) for a (12 month contract). It is a unique opportunity to work alongside a publisher of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) which are vital for data collection in clinical trials.

We are looking for smart, detail-oriented problem-solvers with outstanding communication, an eye for patterns and administrative skills to help develop and implement organization systems.

What You Will Do:
Analyze files for quality of translation and good documentation practices
Maintain a library database of quality checked documents
Report findings and project status to the larger team/client
Communicate with teammates and the client to make sure that schedules meet project needs and deadlines

To Be Successful You Will Have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in common computer applications, especially Excel, Sharepoint, Adobe Pro, One Note and Box
Preferred higher education in languages or technology
Good interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and organization
