Revenue Cycle Supervisor
Role Description: As the Revenue Cycle Supervisor, you will be responsible to oversee and optimize the financial performance of our organization. You will play a crucial role in supervising all aspects of revenue cycle operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the revenue cycle to maximize revenue and minimize revenue leakage.
- Identify and execute opportunities to enhance the financial performance of the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of revenue cycle professionals, including billing, coding, and collections staff.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Oversee the billing process to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.
- Develop and implement effective collections strategies to reduce accounts receivable and improve cash flow.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging, driving the resolution of outstanding claims.
- Stay up to date with healthcare regulations, payer policies, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
Competencies & Skills
- Prior leadership experience in revenue cycle management or denials and appeals.
- Experience with Medicaid processes is required
- Strong understanding of medical billing and coding
- Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers, staff and clients
- Ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Working knowledge of Personal Computers
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment
- Must demonstrate strong leadership abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Annual Salary Range: 55,000
