Summary:

The AllyDVM Customer Success Associate plays a critical role in strengthening the relationship between AllyDVM and its industry partners, creating value by focusing on an excellent customer experience to maximize retention and lifetime value. This role involves establishing operational standards and processes with new partners in accordance with AllyDVM procedures and working cross-functionally with Administrative, PMO, and Success, Onboarding and Installation Supervisors to normalize operational processes. The Associate collaborates with Learning & Development (L&D) to establish training for team members on new partners and processes required by each team. This position requires understanding individual customer and industry business processes, identifying objectives and goals, and ensuring optimal use of technology to meet customer needs. The Associate provides personalized consultations, customer trainings, software system usage analysis, and technical support to optimize the customer’s business, acting as the primary contact for assigned clients and coordinating all related service activities. Travel may be required for face-to-face meetings with partners. Preferred candidates will have 5 years of veterinary industry experience outside a veterinary clinic.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Lead and nurture the relationship between AllyDVM and its industry partners, ensuring both parties benefit from the collaboration
  • Operational Standards: Establish and refine operational standards and processes with new partners to align with AllyDVM’s established procedures
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with PMO and Administrative, Success, Onboarding and Installation Supervisors to normalize operational processes for new partners 
  • Industry Insight: Understand key industry partners to evaluate how their offerings and capabilities align with AllyDVM’s objectives and values, ensuring ongoing collaborative solutions that maximize value and efficiency for both parties 
  • Strategic Support: Provide strategic support and consultation to partners, ensuring the optimal use of AllyDVM technology to meet their specific needs 
  • Feedback Integration: Collect and incorporate feedback from partners to enhance operations and develop more effective partnership strategies 
  • Partner Engagement: Regularly engage with partners through meetings and communication, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for mutual growth  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s degree or 2 years of college experience preferred
  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of PCs and common business productivity software, including web-based services, Salesforce experience preferred
  • Industry Knowledge: General knowledge of veterinary industry ecosystem including manufacturer partners, GPOs, enterprise groups, distributor partners, etc.
  • Experience: 5 years of veterinary industry experience outside a veterinary clinic preferred

Salary Range*

$50,200 – 71,940

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
