About The Role
Our Blinkist for Business team is responsible for finding, growing, and engaging organizations that are in need of modern, whole-person focused learning. In this rapidly changing business landscape, employers must think differently about how they support their employees. Employees today seek and expect ongoing learning and development opportunities, and empowerment over their development paths. Fueled by Blinkist’s unique and powerful content, we are able to deliver on-demand relevant content to help organizations empower employees at their point of need.


As the first step in our outbound sales process, we are looking for a highly motivated Remote SDR to join our growing B2B team and work closely with our Account Executives in the US market.

What You Will Do
Understand and convey the Blinkist Business mission, value proposition, and product
Execute structured multi-channel (call, email, Linkedin, Texting) outreach cadence daily, very high volume (100 different touch points daily)
Proactively reach out to and follow up with prospects on LinkedIn and schedule meetings for the Account Executive to further assess a prospect’s business and potential for partnership with Blinkist Business
Work closely and collaboratively with your team to develop and implement creative prospecting strategies


Manage and track your activities and results using Salesforce
Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get done whatever needs to be done. You’re very comfortable on the phone.
Be a real team player who wants to learn and contribute
Maximize your own personal development through 1 to 1 coaching sessions with your manager and your wider team


What You Need To Have
Desire for Ownership: You have the ability to take over full ownership of sales lead campaigns and outreach activities by working independently.
Hands-on mentality: You are proactive and conscientious in following up with prospects and leads to ensure high activity and excellent prospect experience, which translates into high outcome.
Highly organized way of working: You are self-organized and structured and enjoy working autonomously. There are no elaborate processes yet, allowing you to contribute your ideas and involvement.


Collaborative communicator: You are comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment and are able to involve the relevant stakeholders when needed.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: up to 1 year in  Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred.
