BetterUp is looking to hire a Customer Experience Operations Associate to support the maintenance and scaling of one of its packaged coaching offerings. The right person for this role is an energetic doer and builder, empathic partner, clear communicator, and analytical thinker. If this sounds like you, please apply!

This role will start as a 3 month contract with potential to convert full-time.


What you’ll do:

Drive customer success through program management of one of BetterUp’s coaching offerings; partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering and Finance) to administer the program internally
Troubleshoot issues to ensure a positive customer experience
Support process improvement initiatives (FAQs, process documentation, roles + responsibilities documentation, invite automation, etc.)
Maintain and update information in our knowledge management systems related to this program

Some experience in operations or customer support – B2B or SaaS experience a plus
Excellent attention to detail, project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
