Position Summary:

The Marketing Operations Specialist will have the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

Essential Job Functions:

Manage and be accountable for documentation and change management of marketing processes and procedures
Communicate changes to processes and procedures to Marketing stakeholders
Optimize technology investments by assisting Marketing stakeholders on technology adoption and use
Assist in implementation and optimization of Marketing technologies
Be a point of contact between Marketing and IT including managing all marketing IT tickets and cases
Assist in requirement gathering representing the Marketing Organization in large cross functional strategic initiatives
Conduct UAT (User Based Testing) for all marketing initiatives including strategic projects, IT tickets, and cases as needed
Monitor and track Marketing spend across the organization

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of previous experience is preferred
Previous experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
