Hiring: Record Intake Processor/Records Clerk – Entry Level (No Phone/Degree)

LMI is seeking a dynamic process manager to evaluate, analyze, and improve the efficiency of our business processes. The process manager will be responsible for evaluating the efficiency and costs of established processes, developing strategies for improvement, and working with key personnel to facilitate change. In addition, the role may also require updating process documentation and conducting efficiency audits.
A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of current business management strategies, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams. Ultimately, the process manager will be charged with identifying and improving critical processes to reduce cost and project turnaround times.
This is a full-time hybrid position. While most time will be spend working remotely, occasional on-site work at our Mayfield Heights, OH location will be required. A successful candidate will be located within commuting distance of that location or have the ability to travel there and remain for an extended period of time. The ability to work beyond standard business hours and/or weekends is required.
Primary responsibilities for this role include:
Analyzing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes and identifying areas of improvement.
Creating process improvement reports and presenting findings to leadership team.
Participating in the implementation of new business processes.
In collaboration with leadership team, troubleshooting and adjusting new processes.
Conducting ongoing analysis of processes over time to ensure continued efficacy and alignment with best practices in the industry.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or process control management, or equivalent experience.
1 year of experience in a related role.
Experience in professional services or similar industry
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of current best practices and improvement strategies.
Preferred:
2 or more years of experience in a process management role.
Knowledge of legal field and/or legal terminology.
Experience working in inter-departmental teams within a corporate environment.
Advanced knowledge of business management software and ability to quickly learn new systems.
