Remote Social Media Intern – Part Time/Online/Virtual

Job Overview:
The Social Media Intern will collaborate with the Content team to build and manage a robust social posting calendar across all products, meeting the needs of prospects and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Content and Email teams to build and manage a social calendar that aligns posting schedule/topics with existing content and email campaigns, and works to optimize and enhance engagement and action from prospects and product users
- Write, edit, proof, and collaborate with the ExploreLearning Creative Team to produce content needed for social posts
- Partner with marketing team members to ensure social messaging consistency across all public-facing marketing applications
- Stay on top of education technology trending topics to help the development of math and science content that speaks to classroom educators, administrators, and curriculum leaders as they travel through the customer journey.
Job Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of accredited college/university with a focus on a degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar
- Familiarity with posting on social platforms
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate effective and efficient writing, speaking, & listening skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Interest or experience in working within a collaborative and cross-functional team environment
- A dynamic problem-solver focused on quality and responsiveness
- Exceptional organizational skills, comfortably able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- An eager learner, willing and excited to learn from colleagues and partners
