Senior Contracts & Compliance Analyst – Veterans Evaluation Services – Remote

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Lead the analysis of Contract issues and develop solutions.
– Draft Contract documents.
– Review Service Level Agreements for Compliance.
– Lead the tracking of project requirements through the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
– Review contract discrepancies and act as the liaison to the Customer Contract Office.
– Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure that requirements are consistent and applicable.
– Prepare and interpret requirements management specifications for all contracts.
– Assess vendors for compliance with company standards and manage ongoing compliance of existing vendors throughout the contract lifecycle.
– Conduct regular contract audits to identify areas of non-compliance, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
– Proactively identify potential compliance issues within contracts and work with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve them.
– Maintain a system to track contract key dates, performance metrics, and compliance status, generating reports for management oversight.
– Collaborate with legal teams, procurement departments, and business units to ensure understanding of contract terms and compliance expectations.
– Participate in the change management process to ensure requirements changes and impact assessments are being performed by contractors.

– Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
