Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST)

Requirements:
Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening and drug test
Have prior clerical/customer service work experience
Have Pharmacy Technician experience

About the Role:
You will be supporting our client’s customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service.

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:

Provides first call resolution to recipients for state eligibility programs via telephone. i.e, Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program(SNAP) etc.
Enters client data into system.
Assists clients with understanding their rights and responsibilities under the appeals process.
Documents verification of eligibility into systems and summarizes case activity.
Works from assigned work queues and incoming documents daily.
Completes all corrective actions on second party review.
