OneView Forms Specialist (Remote Job Position/Work from Home)

Modio has streamlined the convoluted and messy process that is healthcare credentialing and saved countless years of manual and error-prone work in the process. As part of CHG Healthcare we are working to drastically improve the speed (and quality) of credentialing to ensure that our doctors can spend more time treating (millions) of patients each year and less time dealing with credentialing headaches.

The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, a proficient typist and extremely detail oriented. Modio Health will rely on you to ensure that all client forms are adequately, accurately, and confidentially mapped and maintained within our platform and its associated databases.

Essentially, the OneView Forms Specialist will, on a field-by-field basis, need a thorough understanding of all data points within the platform and how each applies to the custom mapping process. Often times, this process will require customization based off individual client needs and is critical to the client’s successful adaptation and optimization of the platform.

Qualifications

Must have a detail and business-oriented mind and excellent oral and written communication skills
Be able to relay and translate client specific needs into production
Be able to relay and translate client needs that cannot be met back to the Customer Success & Development Teams or the client
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
Healthcare/credentialing experience preferred
Adobe/PDF Editor experience preferred
DocuSign experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
