Overview

KellyConnect is looking for a Sales Representative to support our client in a fast-paced call center environment. This position is responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls to sell our clients products to qualified leads in a highly competitive remote contact center environment. In this role you must be able to generate new sales and retain existing customers through encouragement and exceptional service to achieve weight loss goals.


Conduct engaging conversations over the phone to quickly identify customer needs, draw out concerns and use persuasive skills to close sales. Drive buying decisions by creating an emotional engagement, demonstrating listening skills and the ability to navigate back to an area of opportunity when the answer is no. Motivate customers to continue with their weight loss program. Apply functional technical skills to navigate multiple systems independently and efficiently while communicating through online messaging systems.


This role will support new and existing customers achieve weight loss goals via inbound and outbound calls ranging between 30-50 per day.

This is a direct hire position. Pay rate is $15/hr plus commission. Employees also receive a $1000 bonus after 30 days of employement.

To be considered for this role you must be located in one of the following states: PA, NJ, DE, TX, IL, NV, NY, or GA.


Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or management. In the event of absence, duties for this position will be overseen by the position to which it reports.

Answer incoming calls to sell the client weight loss or transition programs to qualified leads and retain those who wish to cancel their program.
Demonstrate acute listening or attentiveness to build rapport and identify customer need, then recommend suitable program for weight loss or maintenance.
Drive buying decisions by creating an emotional engagement and navigate back to an area of opportunity when the answer is no.


Conduct engaging conversations, draw out concerns and use persuasive skills to close sales.
Retain customers with meal plan guidance or appropriate offer(s) to encourage program continuation.
Generate leads for potential future sales from non-converted sales calls and existing customers.
Make outbound calls to convert leads into sales when inbound call volume permits.
Be considerate of weight loss challenges faced by callers or program participants and use good judgment when handling sensitive information.
Be customer centric – Maintain positivity and empathy when handling different call types or responsibilities.
Handle all interactions with courtesy and respect to guarantee exceptional service while supporting company values and policies.


Meet or exceed all monthly defined targets or quotas as issued by management. Metrics include but are not limited to sales conversion, revenue, customer retention, call quality & efficiency, customer satisfaction etc.Metrics evaluated throughout the year are reflective of our business.
Disclose all applicable terms, conditions or medical guidelines for program participation or cancellations.
Be an advocate of the client and the customer by doing what is best for both parties.
Other duties may be assigned by management.


Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required; some college courses preferred
Experience in any sales related position preferred; We are open to all customer focused experience.
Ability to multitask, i.e., carry on a phone conversation, navigate multiple computer applications & document interactions.
Ability to overcome customer objections, identify problems and resolve concerns.
Ability to resolve problems, maintain efficiency & work independently for extended periods without coworker interactions or supervision, if necessary.
Accept accountability for performance, demonstrate openness for coaching and willingness to learn.
Always maintain virtual professionalism; appropriately adjusts conduct and activities to changing conditions.


Demonstrate digital proficiency; Tech-capable competencies to navigate remote working tools.
Demonstrate the ability to meet all KPIs; Metrics will be measured monthly and reviewed directly with your supervisor
Drive buying decisions by creating an emotional engagement, demonstrating listening skills and the ability to navigate back to an area of opportunity when the answer is no.
