What You’ll Do
Reporting to our Customer Communications Associate, we’re looking for a part-time communications associate to support customers by helping to plan and execute email communications around order issues and other ad hoc email communications. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive and customer obsessed. This person should be passionate about providing a stellar customer experience and excited to become an expert on Braze our email platform.

Please note that this is a part-time, contract role, with the possibility of full-time in the future. The working days are either Friday to Sunday, or Saturday to Monday.


Responsibilities
Weekend coverage to support outbound communications to customers regarding order-related issues.
Become a Braze expert including setting up and sending email communications, site models and sometimes push notifications and/or texts.


Requirements
1+ years of experience in a customer facing support or communications role
Ability to work weekends (either Friday to Sunday, or Saturday to Monday)
A self-starting problem solver who is comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively
Willingness to dive in with a no-task-is-too-small attitude
A clear communicator with solid written and oral communications
A motivated, positive, proactive and transparent attitude
Passion for healthy living, brightening people’s days and Hungryroot’s mission
