Nor1 Inside Sales Representative – Oracle Hospitality

Location: US/Remote

The primary focus of the Nor1 Inside Sales Representative is to sell the Nor1 solutions and services to customers and to prospect for new customers in the assigned territory while working in conjunction with the internal team to better develop our relationships with the accounts.


As an Internet Sales Representative you will sell Nor1 to an assigned territory to achieve targeted goals. While working on meeting goals, the sales representative will also be responsible for:

Generating sales leads as well as closing their sales on line or via phone.
Utilizing inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales, develop account penetration strategies, and close business.
Understanding Nor1 product offerings and competitive issues.
Identifying new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance.
Liaising with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling Oracle products and services.
Participating as a team member on sales teams including field sales, support and education sales and sales consulting.


Skills:

Possesses 2+ years of sales experience
Hospitality industry knowledge preferred
Problem solves issues with assistance
Seeks intervention from management on complex deals that fall outside of existing guidelines
Communicates effectively o with high-level decision makers
Works independently


Responsibilities
A Business Development Representative is assigned to strategic accounts which may be grouped by industry where Oracle has a limited presence. Acts as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Oracle Development for the product’s sales opportunities. Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners. Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship with customers that establishes Oracle as a preferred vendor and optimizes Oracle’s sales of product. Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection. Provides account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs, and assists account representatives in using Oracle’s products to leverage large revenue opportunities. Assists in articulating product message, coordinates technical resources and hands off deals to a successful close.

California Pay Range: from $64,000 to $112,200 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $64,000 to $112,200 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $64,000 to $112,200 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $64,000 to $112,200 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
