We are seeking an energized and motivated individual to join our team. We currently operate in 5 states throughout the US and you will work alongside like-minded goal-oriented individuals and teams to drive our mission. This is a user facing operational role.
Responsibilities:
Provide top-tier account management support for a wide audience of car sellers and car buyers
Onboard sellers & buyers
Manage listings – ensuring listings meet stringent safety criteria
Collaborate with team members to drive customer success in closing deals
Advise accordingly on purchase options from cash to partner-financing
Act as a liaison for active deals ensuring all aspects work in favor for both seller & buyers
Frequently interact with potential customers by phone, chat, or email.
Accurately review intake requests for the wholesale department ensuring to document the exterior, interior, and mechanical condition of vehicles.
Complete a comprehensive background check of vehicle’s history.
Guide TRED/AT/KBB sellers on the steps to complete the transaction.
Coordinate with third-party transport company to prepare for customer’s pickup or drop-off.
Follow up with the customer post pickup or drop-off to ensure all necessary paperwork is obtained.
Maintain tracking spreadsheet to ensure internal records are organized and up to date.
Appropriately escalate concerns as needed.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience; or 7 years’ experience in a related field
Strong familiarity with G Suite, calendar, sheets, docs, drive, meets.
CRM experience
Must be comfortable on phones, live chat and possess a high aptitude for technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
CRM experience
High familiarity with car brands / models a plus
Strong multi-tasker with excellent follow through
Accounting or bookkeeping experience a plus
Experience with appraisals
Professional phone presence.
High emotional intelligence.
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is $20.87 – $31.35/hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s experience. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
