We are currently seeking a (Remote) Full-Time –Senior Administrative Coordinator, Sales (This is a work from home position open to qualified candidates living in the United States. You must be able to work in Eastern Standard time.
This position requires a strong knowledge of Salesforce or an equivalent program.
The salary range for this position is $23.89-$31.88 hourly. Note that the American Red Cross sets salary ranges aligned to a specific geographic location in which the work is performed. The stated salary range in this posting is an average. The specific salary information will be shared at the time of phone screening based upon your location and qualifications.
What You’ll Do:
The Senior Administrative Coordinator provides complex administrative support, prepares reports and various correspondences for the Field Sales Team. The Senior Administrative Coordinator, administers projects, programs, and/or processes applicable to the unit. They will analyze unit operating practices and recommends revisions to improve established procedures. May serve as an administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues. Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of complex sales administrative duties, with minimal supervision and exercising confidentiality.
Provides external communication and client support to maintain ultimate client satisfaction. Projects a positive, professional image of the organization through email and phone interactions.
Reviews for accuracy and distributes sales contracts internally and externally. Tracks movement of the contract through the defined process until signatures are secured by both the Red Cross and clients.
Develop high-level presentations to support Sales Operations Projections
Compile and generate statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations supporting functional area or business unit/project by utilizing specific database or software applications.
Create, develop, and maintain reports within Salesforce.com, with the ability append and correlate reports.
A Oversee and troubleshoot projects involving operational issues and compile results and findings for management review.
Participate as a department representative on a cross-functional project team as needed.
Validate data integrity between Salesforce agreements, and other data sources
Provide administrative support on priority projects for Field Sales and Sales Operations
Complete content and support requests from sales teams and coordinate with other departments as required to deliver reporting needs
Development and maintenance of rules and engagement documentation
What We Need From You:
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in business or program administration preferred.
Experience: Minimum 7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Management Experience: N/A
Skills & Abilities: Proficient computer skills including a demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office Programs, Salesforce.com and web-based applications. Must have proficient data entry skills.
Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills also required.
Essential Functions/Physical Requirements:
Must be good verbal and written communicator. Must have very good home-based internet connectivity. Depending on work assignment, may require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of up to 20 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read technical information. Overall mobility is essential. May include sitting for long periods of time, driving a vehicle, and working under challenging conditions.
