Responsibilities
When you join our team, you can feel good knowing you are helping our customers recover from the unexpected. Weather and Catastrophe Claims Services (WCCS) handles homeowners, commercial and large loss claims from natural disasters and/or weather-related events. Team Managers are committed to leading and developing our WCCS employees to ensure they provide the best service for our customers. This includes:
- First-line management of assigned Claim personnel, which includes hiring, training, coaching, performance management and salary activities
- Review and control of the operation’s claim activities including investigations, claim payments, and adjustment expense payments
- Coordinating, communicating, and implementing new Company programs, policies, practices, and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures, applicable federal/state laws, and legal requirements
- Promoting development of employees within an inclusive environment
Where You’ll Work: This is a Remote-Field position in which you will work from home and utilize a mobile office/vehicle for in-person appointments. Candidates may be asked to work outside of their assigned territory as business needs dictates.
These are deployable positions with extensive travel throughout the U.S. requiring on location and/or virtual response to places we do business impacted by weather events. WCCS-Deployed personnel for this position should reside in or nearby to areas of the United States with historical weather demands and catastrophe response needs. If a candidate resides in or nearby weather demand areas of historical catastrophe response, relocation is not anticipated for this requisition.
WCCS-Deployed is not hiring candidates domiciled in Alaska, Arizona, California or Hawaii. Persons interested in and who apply for this WCCS-Deployed position who reside in Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii or other states not in or nearby to states with historical weather demands, if selected, must be willing and able to relocate to areas of or nearby to historical weather demand locations.
Hours of operation are continually evaluated and may change based on business need. Successful candidates are able and willing to work flexible work shifts and may be asked to work overtime and/or irregular hours.

- Valid driver’s license is required.

- Potential starting salary range: $104,000.00-139,500.00
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
- Potential yearly incentive pay up to 24% of base salary
