Remote Business Project Lead Analyst, Enterprise Print & Distribution – Work from home – Express Scripts

POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Project Analyst will manage day-to-day responsibilities for Express Scripts’ member communications and internal Communication Review Process (CRP). The CRP process consists of a review of communications for member, patient, and provider audiences by a panel of internal subject matter experts. Day-to-day responsibilities of the Analyst role include assessing, preparing, submitting communications to the CRP panel, monitoring panel feedback and approval and communicating status to internal business partners to ensure timely completion of the project. The role will work with the CRP panel and business partners to help ensure factual accuracy and awareness of any legal or regulatory risks.
The Analyst will leverage professional communications skills and experience to identify opportunities to assist a high performing team, maintain strong business partner engagement, and create an exceptional member experience.
This role reports into the Communications Experience Delivery Enterprise Print & Distribution (EP&D) department.
Primary Responsibilities
The Business Project Analyst’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee internal review process for multiple assigned prescription benefit communications.
Evaluate communications for review readiness and distribute them to panel for review, feedback and approval.
Ensure quality of communication content to help protect Express Scripts’ brand and relationships with clients.
Manage timelines and status for multiple projects, establishing priorities and closely monitoring and reporting on daily progress.
Assist business partners with their project submissions when needed.
Attend daily team meetings, as well other internal meetings with team and business partners as needed.
Collaborate with team and business partners to share recommendations and requirements from CRP Panel.
Use professional acumen to identify preventive measures and process improvement opportunities.
Communicate proactively with all stakeholders to ensure barriers/obstacles to quality/process improvements are removed and necessary support is always provided.
Immediately escalate known issues and/or risks to appropriate management.
Respond in a timely manner to questions about projects and the CRP process,
Learn and become proficient in team project management tool.
When needed, ability to handle general proofreading, make minor updates to content, and adhere to style guide, branding and tone.
When needed, work with internal partners to ensure timely mailing or other delivery to intended audience.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2-5 years relevant experience; i.e., communications line of business, project coordination/management, or a legal environment working with reviewers is preferred.
Knowledge of CED systems and processes preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite required.
Familiarity with a project management tools; knowledge of Jira and SharePoint a plus.
Detail oriented with strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer-focused mindset and oral, written, and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners and teams in a matrixed environment.
Passion for learning and a “never give up” positive attitude.
Ability to problem solve and assess projects to ensure alignment with business strategy and requirements.
Ability to leverage knowledge base to quickly come up to speed on new processes, new business areas, and new organizational initiatives.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 67,100 – 111,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
