Tesla is looking for an experienced and dynamic Commercial Service Coordinator to work in one of the most progressive companies in the world. We are seeking experienced coordinators with excellent oral and written communication skills to work on our growing commercial product networks. Tesla needs a diversely talented and highly motivated person ready to act quickly with a focus on scheduling and coordinating technicians based throughout the United States.

The primary job is to create daily schedules for technicians and coordinate visits with site contacts, arrange special equipment needs for sites, and assist in creating preventative maintenance cases based on contract obligations. Applicants should be self-motivated team players with a positive attitude!
What You’ll Do· Work with real-time report dashboards and territory managers to prioritize service of commercial jobs

· Work with scheduling tools to ensure Commercial Field Service Technician (CFST) schedules are accurate and up to date for technicians in North America

· Work with the O&M Commissioning Manager to plan for upcoming commercial commissioning cases

· Assist in creating and scheduling preventative maintenance requirements based on contract obligations

· Work with the territory field service managers to ensure service level objectives are met

· Coordinate Commercial Field Service Technician trainings

· Arrange rental equipment and purchasing required for service work

· Perform other related duties as assigned
