As a Customer Service Associate Representative you will act as a primary point of contact for the individual therapies and patients for assigned inquiries for tracking services, package pickup and delivery, shipment status, service delays and other related issues. Utilizes various database systems and window-based applications to resolve/expedite customer issues/problems/requests including trending and cost analysis of gross product loss events.


What you’ll do:

  • Identify and resolve problems related to package delivery inquiries/tracking. Return, reroute shipments as required and ensure address correction issues are resolved.
  • Assist patients/customers with all inquiries as they relate to UPS, FedEx, and USPS domestic and international shipments.
  • Identify and report trends/problems and provide resolution, or escalate historical customer data to applicable therapy teams/management to determine root cause and resolution.
  • Trending and cost analysis of gross product loss events.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation for each transaction and provide applicable follow-up with the therapy team and/or management.

What you need to do the job:

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent
  • 5 years of related customer service work experience in a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications –Word, Excel, Outlook; data entry skills-to conduct analysis
  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong communications –written and verbal

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17 – 18 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.


This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
