Description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will effectively promote the offerings of MetaSource and its partner divisions to a targeted audience. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, never stops learning, and is hungry to grow. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who can quickly grasp complex solutions and services, and succinctly communicate the benefits.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Marketing team to understand future vision and demand requirements.
Work closely with the Business Development team to develop and execute a plan to succeed at prospecting.
Identify and develop new account opportunities via account research and calling prospective clients.
Must be able to contact company decision makers and explain the benefits of Metasource solutions and services.
Update and maintain the integrity of the new leads’ information ensuring current and accurate company data, contacts and notes of interaction
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Can work in a fast paced start-up environment and manage multiple tasks
Professional, team-player who is committed to helping the team meet there goals and their own
Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Practiced phone skills; enthusiastic and professional communication
Energy/Hunger for financial success
Must be motivated to sell; closing sales through 60+outbound calls daily
Preferred Qualifications
Previous sales experience and/or formal sales training a plus
