Data Analyst (Remote Jobs Hiring)

Jazz HR is looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Customer Experience team. You are responsible for analyzing a wide range of customer and operational data to help improve JazzHR’s customer support and account management efforts, as well as overseeing third party vendor that deliver outsourced data services.

Successful candidates will be proficient in data analysis, project management, and vendor management and be able to drive multiple projects to meet our constantly evolving customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends patterns in complex data sets and provide insightful reporting
Filter, clean, and normalize raw data sets and recommend operational improvement to drive better data quality

Develop standard reports & views for team members at all levels of the organization
Manage third party vendor(s) to help onboard new customers / data sets; engage directly with customers to coordinate deliverables.
Identify and define process improvements through automation
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

Skills

3+ years of Salesforce experience
3+ years of experience as a data analyst/business analyst
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design, data mining and segmentation techniques
Coding skills in languages such as Python

Reporting and data visualization skills
Ability to set and meet deadlines and manage 3rd party vendor milestones
BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
