Overview

The Bilingual Data Entry solution will provide bilingual data entry support for LATAM countries for contact lens prescriptions that are submitted via email, phone, chat, SMS or other modalities, from an eye care practitioner or retail optical store. The orders are received in Spanish. The primary system in which orders are entered is SAP.


The support center will operate onsite at the Buyer facility during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST. To support the LATAM market, the available schedule is expected to be in the 9:00-10:00AM to 6:00-7:00PM window, working an 8.5-/9- hour shift with a 30-/60- minute lunch. The Customer Service Department works most holidays. However, the center will follow the Vision Care Holiday schedule for payment of holiday time.


We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and a quick learner. Must be a team player and have good communication skills, and must have strong fundamental Excel skills and attention to detail.

**This is a hybrid role. The selected candidate will work 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. Candidate must be local to Jacksonville, FL**


Responsibilities

Strong computer skills vs. Customer Service experience
Customer Service preferred, but strong computer skills required
Computer skills to include Microsoft, Word, and Outlook
Experience with internet search engines
Strong Ten Key typing skills required (minimum of Basic Rating)
Knowledge of Excel is critical (simple formulas needed, e.g., Sum formula)
Need to understand level of Excel knowledge/use (e.g., familiarity of simple vs. complex formulas; pivot tables; etc.)


SAP experience preferred
Focus and attention-to-detail
Multi-tasking capability
Possess strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience working within a fast-paced environment
Experience with back-office operations (varying order methods)


Qualifications

Prefer Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 – 3 years of business experience.
Mid level of expertise with MS Excel – basic to intermediate skills
Position requires excellent interpersonal interaction – must be comfortable on phone
