ArsenalBio’s mission is to develop efficacious and safe cellular therapies for patients with chronic diseases, initially cancer.  Our products are being designed to herald the transition of adoptive cell therapy from a hospital based treatment to outpatient therapy, like most other cancer treatments.

We are looking to hire a part-time Legal Operations Specialist to work approximately 10-20 hours per week remotely to support the small but mighty Legal team.

What You Will Do:
Oversee the day-to-day contract lifecycle management system operations, work cross-functionally to resolve any operational challenges, provide proactive analysis of operational trends, and take on tasks with varying complexity and increasing responsibility;
Field questions from internal and help guide stakeholders regarding CLMS;
Create and analyze reports and dashboards to monitor and investigate trends;
Identify trends to create internal workflow improvements to drive efficiencies and collaborate with others;
Help with ad hoc projects as needed.

What Will You Bring:
At least 2 years of relevant experience;
Has worked with Ironclad;
Familiar with legal concepts and contracts;
Organized, detailed, customer service oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment;
Forward-thinking, proactive, empathetic, passionate, and likes to learn;
Be able to build genuine relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders;
A sense of humor, appreciation of “dad jokes”, and musical affinity are a plus.
