About the Job
As Junior Copywriter, you will work directly with multiple teams within our organization — including the SEO team, clinicians, and others — to ideate, research, and execute internal and external mental health related content.


Key Responsibilities

Research, create, and deliver high-quality content about a range of mental health topics (anxiety, depression, relationship issues, etc), according to specified deadlines
Work with clinicians to ensure the accuracy and enhance the value of each piece of content
Develop a solid understanding of target audience and the mental health industry through online, traditional market research, and partnering with other departments
Write strong and engaging copy in both short- and long-form


Virtually attend project and team meetings
Track, manage, and communicate writing/editing status
Brainstorm and provide topics based on targeted research and industry trends
Execute additional copy tasks/projects related to: email marketing and communications, digital advertisements, corporate initiatives, social media, and video scripting


Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred
1-3 years of writing experience
Health/medical writing experience preferred
Strong self-management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality content within the project deadlines
Excellent time management and organizational skills


Ability to write well under pressure and with time constraints
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Excellent writing and editing skills
Extreme attention to detail
Basic understanding of SEO keywords and concepts


Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-oriented environment
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as a valuable member of a team
Strong portfolio representing a range of writing
