About the Team
DashMart is a new team at DoorDash focused on building a new type of convenience store, offering both household essentials and local restaurant favorites to our customers’ doorsteps.

About the Role
We are looking to hire a Local Assortment Specialist who will be responsible for onboarding, and building relationships with local vendors. Specialists will focus on a particular region, serve as the main point of contact for local merchant partners, and work cross-functionally with our supply chain, sales, procurement, and local operations teams.

Develop an understanding of the DashMart business and internal operations
Source, onboard, and manage relationships with local vendors.
Guide local vendors through the onboarding process
Collaborate closely with supply chain, procurement, and local operations teams to order and replenish products from local vendors

Serve as the primary point of contact for local vendors and partner with them to grow their business at DashMart

Bachelor’s degree required
Must have strong ownership mentality
Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have proficiency with spreadsheets
Experience in Sales or Account Management preferred
